#4 CELEBRITY, MUSICIAN, PRO is a well-known famous artist who can sing a great gospel song

Step 2 

• Submit ONE VIDEO less than 3 minutes to E-mail: info@scharleneshouton.com
• Your video must be playable from the link, not a file. (i.e Mp4, Vimeo)

Guidelines

• Attire must not be revealing, offensive or disruptive. 
• NO guns, war, political, violent, controversial, or network marketing/affiliate videos.
• Videos will be showcased in order of submission.
• You must attend the showcase and be on camera if your video is selected.
• Do not post your video links here.  Click Register to submit video link.

Submission is for consideration and review and does not guarantee participation on the show.  Up to six videos will be showcased per episode.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS & SUBMISSION TERMS

1️⃣ PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

By submitting a video to Shout On Gospel  Show, TV Show or Virtual Gospel Showcase, you agree to the following:

1. You confirm the video is your original performance.
2. You grant permission for your video to be aired, promoted, and shared on television, streaming platforms, social media, and digital platforms affiliated with the show.
3. Submission does not guarantee selection unless otherwise stated.
4. You release Shout On Gospel TV Show and its affiliates from liability related to copyright claims, accidents, or injuries.
5. If requested, participation fees are for platform access, promotion, and production; they are non-refundable.

2️⃣ VIDEO SUBMISSION RULES

• Only one video per participant is allowed.
• Videos must be under 3 minutes.
• Video must be playable via link (i.e. YouTube, mp4, Vimeo).
• No file attachments accepted.

3️⃣ COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Participants retain ownership of their original performance.
• By submitting, you grant Shout On Gospel TV Show a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the video for show promotion and broadcasts.
• Any copyrighted music used must comply with licensing laws; participants are responsible for obtaining permission if necessary.

4️⃣ MINISTRY & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

• All content must be faith-based, family-friendly, and respectful.
• Offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content will be rejected.
• The show reserves the right to edit or reject videos at its discretion.

5️⃣ PAYMENT TERMS

• Participation fees support production, promotion, and ministry outreach.
• Fees are non-refundable.

6️⃣ LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

• Shout On Gospel TV Show, its producers, hosts, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or technical issues during recording, submission, or broadcast.
• By submitting, you release the show from any claims related to use of your performance.

7️⃣ PRIVACY POLICY

• Participant information (name, email, video link) is used solely for show purposes.
• Emails will not be sold or shared with third parties.
• By submitting, you consent to communications regarding the showcase, events, and related promotions.

8️⃣ AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION

By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms above.
This protects both the participant and Shout On Gospel TV Show while maintaining a professional, ministry-focused platform.
